Hand harvested from the Hughes Vineyard at the end of September. This Sauvignon Blanc was pressed whole cluster and put straight to barrel. Older barrels were used to keep the oak influence neutral. Aged for 8 months, racked and bottled with a total sulphur of 40ppm.
A delicate Sauvignon Blanc made for summer afternoons. A splash of grapefruit, a hint of minerality and a dash of spice. This wine is modest and unassuming with a lush palate.
