Seasonal Winery Staff (Retail)

We are looking for part-time or seasonal winery retail staff.

This position is primarily retail (75%) but some cellar or vineyard work (25%) is required, so this role is multi-faceted.

• Assist in Retail Sales/FOH
• Position is ideal for those looking for roughly 30hrs/wk over course of the summer (late-May to August)
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Contribute positively to team; lead by example
• Familiarity with current wine trends
• Applicant must possess a strong interest in wine and have the ability to explain wines and processes
• Strong interpersonal skills; loves to engage with guests; drive sales
• Applicant must be ready to work most weekends
• Ability to work independently as well as part of team
• Occasional vineyard and cellar work IS required; assist in other winery duties as required
• Familiarity/comfort with POS systems, google docs, etc

• Maintain a safe and spotless environment
• Be smart serve certified
• Be able to lift 50 lbs; be able to stand long hours; have own/transportation
• Prior hospitality or wine & vineyard experience (or have transferable skills)
